Corestack Version Release – V3.19
New Features
We’re excited to share the latest enhancements to Corestack! These updates are designed to give both vendors and dealers more control, visibility, and efficiency across the platform. Let’s dive into what’s new.
New Features for Dealers
Multi-Site Catalog Cloning
Managing multiple catalogs in Corestack just became far simpler. With new catalog cloning and bulk-editing capabilities, you can:
Clone Product Selections and their Pricing Between Catalogs – Duplicate your work in one catalog across all of your catalogs in just a few clicks.
Bulk Edit Selections – Make updates to multiple catalogs at once.
Review Page for Accuracy – See a clear breakdown of which products appear in which catalogs, helping you spot inconsistencies faster.
These improvements drastically reduce time spent managing products that span multiple catalogs while improving data accuracy.

Enhanced brand selection tools
Finding the right products just got easier. Brands are now listed as sub-categories under vendors, improving product filtering and selection. Whether you’re exploring a specific vendor or browsing by brand, the enhanced structure makes navigation faster and more intuitive.

New Features for Vendors
Group-Exclusive Vendor Support
Now live: Vendors can limit product visibility to dealers within their own buying group. This feature gives vendors tighter control over how and where their products appear, helping manage distribution and exclusivity more strategically.
Vendor Portal Upgrades

We’ve added powerful new tools to make managing your catalog and performance metrics easier than ever:
Export Capability – Export key insights directly from the Vendor Portal to streamline reporting and support data-driven decisions.
Enhanced Vendor Health Card – We’ve improved the layout and customization of the Vendor Health Card so you can monitor your catalog health at a glance. Track:
Updated Products – See how many products have been recently updated.
Active Products – View the number of products currently available for sale.
Missing Product Data – Identify gaps in listings and ensure completeness.
Pending Discontinued Products – Plan ahead with visibility into soon-to-be discontinued items.
Missing Images – Easily spot which listings need visuals to stay competitive.

Brand-First Display Options
For Vendors with Multiple Brands – Now you can showcase your brand identity front and center. If you sell products under different brands, you can choose to display the brand name and logo instead of your vendor name. This gives you more flexibility and better alignment with your marketing goals across digital channels.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
Shopify Inventory Sync Fix – We’ve resolved an issue with the Shopify extension that was unintentionally overwriting inventory data. With this fix, inventory updates now reflect true values without conflict—ensuring smoother, more accurate catalog syncing between Corestack and Shopify.
What These Updates Mean for You
Whether you’re a vendor or dealer, Corestack continues to evolve to better support your business. Here’s what you can expect:
More Control – Group-specific visibility and brand-first display options help you control how your products are seen.
Improved Efficiency – Export tools, catalog cloning, and bulk editing streamline your workflows.
Better Data Clarity – Enhanced health cards and inventory syncs mean fewer surprises and better planning.
Stronger Brand Identity – New customization options give you the freedom to present your catalog the way you want.
Thanks for being a part of the Corestack community. Stay tuned—more exciting features are on the way!
